Our Wellness at Work (W@W) program is designed to empower staff members, strengthen teams, and create a vibrant, supportive work culture. By focusing on holistic well-being, we encourage employees to prioritize their physical health, mental wellness, personal growth, and social connection.

Our W@W program integrates the 8 Segments of the Wellness Wheel: Physical Health, Emotional & Mental Wellness, Intellectual Wellness, Spiritual Wellness, Financial Wellness, Social Connection, Environmental Wellness, and Recognition & Motivation. This approach ensures that every aspect of well-being is supported.

Wellness should never feel like a burden. The W@W program offers daily games, interactive challenges, and creative tasks designed to make wellness fun and engaging. Whether it's trivia, pictionary, or personal reflection tasks, the activities are crafted to encourage curiosity, laughter, and team connection.

The W@W program emphasizes teamwork and collaboration. By forming teams and working toward shared wellness goals, employees build stronger relationships, improve morale, and feel a greater sense of belonging. Whether it's solving puzzles together or cheering each other on during fitness challenges, the program fosters collaboration that extends beyond work tasks.

Welcome to Skailit W@W! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Skailit W@W application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Skailit W@W, you agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations in Canada, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and any relevant provincial privacy legislation.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We collect and process the following personal information to enhance user experience and ensure the functionality of the App:

• Name and Surname
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Company Name
• Country
• Photos (uploaded or taken via the device)

This information is used to facilitate communication, improve wellness engagement, and ensure a seamless user experience within businesses.

4. Data Storage and Security

We are committed to protecting your personal data. All collected information is securely stored using industry-standard security measures in compliance with PIPEDA, GDPR, and other relevant privacy laws. However, while we take necessary precautions to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Your data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of its collection or as required by applicable laws in Canada, the European Union, and other relevant jurisdictions.

5. Sharing of Information

Your shared content, including posts, thoughts, and uploaded photos, may be visible to other members of the App. We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. However, we may share data in the following circumstances:

• To comply with legal obligations under Canadian law and international regulations
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the platform
• With trusted service providers assisting in App functionality, subject to confidentiality agreements

• Does not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material
• Respects the privacy and rights of others
• Does not violate any applicable Canadian, EU, or other international laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of Skailit W@W. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any App content without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skailit W@W is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities resulting from the use or inability to use the App. Users assume all risks related to App usage.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise the security of the App, or engage in misconduct. You may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province or territory in which you reside. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts within Canada.
